<p>Gigya recently released a case study to show some real life examples of companies who are seeing a lift in traffic from <a href="http://www.buildcommunities.org/class-files/Social_is_the_Next_Search2010.pdf">Social channels, some at the cost of Search Engines, like Google</a>.</p>
